Editorial Policy: How We Review
Sources we rely on
- Official drug labels (FDA prescribing information for Provigil and Nuvigil).
- Government sources for legal status: the US Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 1308.14), FDA and DEA guidance, and US Customs and Border Protection.
- The vendor's own published policies (shipping, refunds, payment, store credit) and product pages. When we quote these we say "Afinil says," because they are the vendor's claims.
- Public user discussion, used only to flag issues to check, never as proof.
Rules we follow
- Example numbers are labeled as made-up examples.
- We don't publish exact prices because they change constantly; check the vendor's page.
- No fake urgency, fake reviews or fake scarcity.
- Every page carries a reminder that modafinil is prescription-only in most of our readers' countries.
